Are you all done with your gift shopping this year? (I… am not. ugh.) BUT if you are, then you’re probably ready for the next part, the fun part for me, gift wrapping! The January 2013 issue of Living Etc. has some really fun ideas to make your gifts extra special!
The first one I loved involves just wrapping some gold or plain kraft paper as a base, then adding simple red string and slipping a small paper doile underneath the string.
If your gift is made up of several pieces, they showed a super fun idea of wrapping each piece in different bold geometric patterned papers and then binding them all together with a wide strip of paper or even some graphic tape. (The Kid Made Modern collection at Target by Todd Oldham has some great patterned tape and duct tape that could work for this)
If you’re gift is awkward shaped or over-sized, I loved this idea of just covering an entire side in stick-on bows!
Finally, just using pages from an old book to wrap and create a bow!

Question: Do you wrap all your gifts the same style each year, or do you wrap them different and individually per person/gift?
