Last year, the folks at online indie music store, Insound, featured a great collaboration with Mike Perry. This year, they’re doing another collaboration series, this time with Chicago based Sonnenzimmer. The series is being called “Insound 10 for 10“, and the designs represent 10 bands that made a major impact in 2010…
The designs will be printed on t-shirts ($22) as well as limited edition (125 copies) signed silk screen posters ($30). I love all the pieces individually, and an even cooler part is that the posters are designed to fit all together.
The ten bands highlighted include: Beach House, Neon Indian, Broken Social Scene, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Girls, The Mountain Goats, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Owen Pallett, Titus Andronicus, and Liars.
I also love how they treated each tee design individually, as opposed to just the standard “center/front” compostion. Check out the entire collection here.
