I love lettuce crispers. probably because many of them look so space-y with their clear orb structure. they are designed to keep the lettuce elevated so they don’t get mushy. in this day and age of prepacked everything, this beautiful container reminds us that we should slow down a bit to enjoy your produce from its natural state. (besides, there’s something really satisfying about tearing up things or chopping them, no? ok, maybe its just me.. hehe) you can get one here. (and they’re cheap!!)
