Putting together a room can be a challenging thing. It can be especially frustrating when you can’t find anything you’re looking for. I find it helpful when you have a lot of choices rather than being limited to just a few, so I’m always excited when I find a new store or maker. Today I’m excited to introduce you to what could be a new favorite go-to brand- Bloomingville.
Bloomingville got it’s start in 2000 by founder Bettina Stampe. They’re based in Denmark and have recently partnered with a global group for home furnishings and now are able to bring Bloomingville products to the US! (woo hoo!)

In particular, here are a few of my favorites:
This 5-piece Gitte Round Ceramic Dinnerware set is a perfect piece for entertaining. You could use it as an individual place setting, and have all the pieces of your meal nicely set up- you have a bowl for sauce, a bowl for soup, side, and a nice larger bowl for your main dish. The bowls set in place in the larger bottom tray so they’ll stay put if you are moving from say, the kitchen, to your patio. You could also just use one setting like I have shown above, and use it for h’ordeuvres or a crudité platter.
Ok, who now doesn’t want a marble cutting board… AND in a hexagon shape?! Yes please! And this one is actually a great size. It’s about 16″ around which makes it a good size to not only cut things on, but also good to display or use as a base for a centerpiece.
